But it doesn't go into effect until 2007? I wonder how much oil will cost then, $90 a barrel? What we have with our energy crisis is a problem of futures investing. See, remember that DotCom bubble bursting? A lot of poor people got screwed and a lot of rich people got richer. These slightly richer people went on to pump lots of money into other things, such as real estate, and oils futures. Anyways, heres the discussion for today.
